Laser Measurement Services, Inc. is ISO/IEC 17025:2017 accredited machine tool calibration services for CNC machine tools. Proudly servicing the SoCal machine tools industry since 1980.
We provide “Annual Compliance Testing” for your Internal quality Standards & Supplier quality requirements.
We also provide “Initial Machine Validation” on newly installed machine tools to be sure it meets its OEM performance specifications.
LMS field service technician specialist have the latest tools for analyzing CNC machine tools, including laser interferometers, telescoping ball bars and rotary axis calibrators.
LMS makes accuracy updates to the CNC machine compensation parameters. The updates can include adjustments to Linear, Rotary & Straightness mapping tables to improve machine accuracy and performance.
Our certifications include uncertainty calculations, due date info, both “Before” and “After” data and we provide digital copies of results.
We can provide additional services outside the scope of calibration such as Machine Tool Laser Leveling & Alignments.
